AS 2411 – Venous blood – Determination of lead content – Flame atomic absorption spectrometric method
Sets out a flame atomic absorption spectrometric method for the determination of lead in venous blood after extraction into n-butyl acetate. The method is applicable to the determination of lead in whole blood in the range of 1.0 µmol/L to 60 µmol/L.
