DID DI-ENVR-82097 contains the format and content requirements for the NH&S Program Plan. This data is produced as a result of tasking in 5.3.1.2 and 5.3.1.2.1 of MIL-STD-1766C but because it is a plan for execution of all tasks in that standard, its scope is not restricted to these two paragraphs. It is initially due at PDR but needs to be required by contract at other points before (e.g., during TMRR phase) or after.
