The present document describes and defines performance metrics for popular multimedia services in 3G networks,including packed-switched streaming service (PSS), multimedia broadcast multicast service (MBMS), video telephony(VT), and IP multimedia subsystem service (IMS). The present document has a top-down approach, which starts withthe Quality of Experience (QoE) parameters and metrics, and then provides End-to-end Service QoS (ESQoS) andSystem Quality of Service (SQoS) parameters and metrics and mapping between these different layers.
