Purpose and scope. a. This regulation establishes policiesand sets forth general administrative provisions for the operation of Armymedical treatment facilities (MTF). Except as otherwise provided in certainchapters and paragraphs, this regulation applies to all Active Army MTF.
b. This regulation is applicable to the US Army Reserve andthe Army National Guard.
