Purpose
This regulation assigns responsibilities and provides guidanceon patient administration in Army regional medical commands (RMCs)and military treatment facilities (MTFs).
Applicability. This regulation applies to theActive Army, the Army National Guard/Army National Guard of theUnited States, and the U.S. Army Reserve, unless otherwise stated.It also applies during mobilization.
