This guideline provides a standard set of minimum and optional data elements that should be included in the Management Information Base (MIB). Service Providers can use this document to specify minimum requirements to their suppliers of plug-in cards which store this information. Manufacturers of these plug-in cards can use this document as a reference base for data elements to include in the MIB
