ELMS 4 is based on LSOG 4 and ANSI ASC X12 Version/Release 004020 – This guideline contains conventions and specifications solely for mechanizing the OBF LSOG 4 in an EDI environment. Section 10.4, Telecommunications Additional Code Lists, is an independent document and is updated quarterly.
