ISA 37.12

This Standard covers potentiometric displacement transducers,primarily those used in measuring systems.

NOTES

1. These specifications are not intended to cover transducersused in hazardous (classified) locations as specified in theNational Electric Code.

2. Transducers for use in nuclear power plants must conform toadditional U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Requirements notspecifically called out in this Standard.
