The safe physical containment of the feedwatershall be in accordance with applicable piping codes and standardsand is beyond the scope of this standard.
Purpose
The purpose of this standard is to establish the minimumcriteria for the control of levels, pressures, and flow for thesafe and reliable operation of drum-type feedwater systems infossil power plants.
