Recommendations and procedures to be followed by contractors, mechanics, and engineers are presented. Methods for vapor-freeing tanks, removing sediment, and cleaning interior surfaces of steel and fiberglass tanks are also presented, as are guidelines for identifying tanks that maybe lined.
