Purpose This regulation prescribes the basic policies, operating procedures, and principles that govern the Department of the Army Welfare Fund (DAWF) and its subsidiary funds. It covers the DAWF Board of Directors responsibilities and reporting requirements to ensure compliance with DODI 1015.15 and DODI 7600.06.
