Applicability. This regulation applies to theActive Army, the Army National Guard/Army National Guard of theUnited States, and the U.S. Army Reserve. It also applies to allpersonnel who are employed or are working in an Army library, andto those individuals who are provided services from an Armylibrary.
Purpose
This regulation prescribes policies for accounting for DAlibrary materials, regardless of the source of funds or the methodof acquisition, such as donations and transfers. This regulationcovers all types of materials including print, audio visual, anddigital that is part of a library collection.
