BRUSH WELLMAN S-200F is beryllium strengthened by a dispersion of beryllium oxide (1.5%). It has moderate strength and moderate ductility (A minumum of 2.0% elongation). Its uses include optical equipment, nuclear reactors, instrumentation, optical substrates, satellite structures and solar arrays.
