Dura-Bar G2A is a gray cast iron that is used for the production of continuous cast products. It contains Type VII, Distribution D flake graphite in a predominantly pearlitic matrix and is typically used in permanent mold applications requiring a combination of optimal strength and wear resistance, and superior surface finish.
