ELMS 11 is based on LSOG 11 and ANSI ASC X12 Version/Release 004050-This guideline contains conventions and specifications solely for mechanizing the OBF LSOG 11 in an EDI environment. Section 10.4, Telecommunications Additional Code Lists, is an independent document and is updated quarterly.
