This document contains general information relating to the use of each of the transaction sets for general service ordering within the telecommunications industry. Topics covered are those that relate to the use of the transaction sets regardless of the type of service and the flow of the information. This guideline also contains information for general retail service ordering. Section 10.4, Telecommunications Additional Code Lists, is an independent document and is updated quarterly.
