This document defines and describes the second major release of Telecommunications interchange Markup, which can also be called Technical Interchange Markup but is usually called TIM. TIM 2 is an implementation of Standard Generalized Markup Language (SGML) that has been designed specifically for interchange of technical documents in the telecommunications industry.
