CAN/CGSB 1.190-M90

This standard applies to a sanding type primer surfacer for use primarily on automobile bodies over a suitably prepared surface prior to application of an enamel topcoat. Its main purpose is to obliterate scratches or slight imperfections and provide a smooth level surface for the topcoat.
