ETSI TR 103 083

ETSI TR 103 083 describes the updated spectrum usage requirements for equipment related to:

• roadside/infrastructure to vehicle communications (RVC);
• inter-vehicle communications (IVC);
• restricted portable devices to vehicle communications;with the main focus onto the out-of-band spectrum mask in the band between 5 725 MHz to 5 965 MHz in order toallow for an efficient system implementation.

It includes necessary information to support the co-operation between ETSI and the Electronic CommunicationsCommittee (ECC) of the European Conference of Post and Telecommunications Administrations (CEPT), including:

• Market information in annex A.
• Technical information in annex B.
• Coexistence information in annexes C and D.
