ETSI TS 103 129

ETSI TS 103 129 describes the modulation, channel coding and signalling protocol system (denoted the “System”,”DVB Carrier Identification” or “DVB-CID” for the purposes of the present document) intended for the identification ofthe host carrier it belongs to.

The system uses Binary Phase Shift Keying (BPSK) spread spectrum modulation, differential encoding, scrambling anda concatenated error protection strategy based on repetition, cyclic redundancy check (CRC) and Bose andRay-Chaudhuri (BCH) codes.
