The present document provides the Conformance Test Specificationfor testing the CDMA Card Application Toolkit (CCAT) implemented inMEs for the UICC (R-UIM or CSIM), in compliance with the relevantrequirements.
The present document is valid for MEs having CCAT functionalityimplemented according to [1].
The present document covers the minimum characteristicsconsidered necessary in order to provide sufficient performance forMEs and to prevent interference to other services or to otherusers. It does not necessarily include all the characteristics thatmay be required by a user or subscriber, nor does it necessarilyrepresent the optimum performance achievable.
