Altemp X-750 is a precipitation-hardenable nickel-base alloy that is highly resistant to chemical corrosion and oxidation and has excellent stress-rupture and creep properties at temperatures up to 815C (1500F) after suitable heat treatment. The alloy has oxidation resistance up to 980C (1800F). It is typically used in aircraft turbine and structural components.
