This document details the measured testparameters, instrumentation, test measurements and datareduction procedure required for determination of thethermal capability of a dry, air-cooled steam condenser(ACC). The procedure focuses on contractual acceptancetesting of new units, but the same procedure may be used forperformance testing of an existing unit.
